Scalloped Potatoes

Scalloped potatoes from a mix are fine, but these are so much better and take only a little more work. They are great with ham. --Mark

Ingredients:

sliced potatoes
green pepper, chopped
onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
milk (one can)
salt
pepper

Instructions:

Slice potatoes and place in a casserole dish. Mix all ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Salt to taste. Bake at 350 until soft, about 30 minutes.
