This is another Chinese recipe I got from Jennifer Mello back when I was a teenager. --Stacy
Ingredients:
1 can small shrimp, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 cups chopped celery
1 T cornstarch
1 T soy sauce
1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
Instructions:
Mix well and wrap in won ton skins. Then, deep-fat fry.
Notes:
Serve with "sweet and sour sauce."
