Melissa's Chicken Salad

This recipe is actually called Mary Evelyn Roger's Chicken Salad, but I don't know who Mary Evelyn Roger is. I got this recipe from my old college roommate Melissa, so I'm attributing it to her so that I can find it more easily. Melissa made this for us one time as sandwiches and they were delicious. -- Stacy

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. onion salt (or 1/4 tsp. dill weed)
Optional: fruit, 1/2 cup nuts, etc.

Instructions:

Mix all together. Fill in croissants or other yummy rolls.

Notes:

Fills approximately 10 croissants. We don't like mayonnaise, so we use our recipe of tofu mayonnaise.
