Twice-Baked Potatoes

Baked potatoes are great, and mashed potatoes are wonderful, so why not combine the two and create a potato so delicious that you must eat ALL of them? Every. Last. One. Thank you, Zelia, for a carb worth eating. --Mark

Ingredients:

Baked potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
shredded cheese

Instructions:

Cut baked potatoes in half and scoop out the inside leaving a thin shell. Mash potatoes with milk and butter. Add salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Fill potato shells. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 until golden.

Notes:

The take-home point is to take the baked flesh of the potatoes, mash it any way you like, with whatever seasonings you enjoy, stuff them, load them with cheese, and try not to burn yourself when you eat ALL of them at once.
