Boiled Garlic Potatoes

This is a simple recipe that almost isn't worth writing down, except it reminds you what other things you can do with a boiled potato. This goes very well with fish and tastes great with a touch of red wine vinegar drizzled over the top. Parsley is a nice addition, too. --Mark

Ingredients:

potatoes
olive oil
garlic
crushed red pepper
