Carrot Cake

A standard recipe to have. I got this one from my old college roommate Katie Dahl. -- Stacy

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup oil
4 eggs

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes.

Notes:

Good with cream cheese frosting!
