Chicken Casserole

This is another one of those Mormon-y cream soup recipes. I got this one from my former roommate, Melissa.

Ingredients:

Chicken
Butter
1 Bag Peppridge Farm Stuffing Mix (8 0z.)

Mix:
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 can water

Instructions:

Boil chicken. Melt butter with stuffing. Pour half stuffing in bottom of casserole dish. Layer: 1/2 chicken, 1/2 soup mixture, stuffing. Bake.

Notes:

I honestly don't remember ever having made this. The actual recipe says to microwave it, but I prefer oven-baked anything to microwave cooking. We'll have to try this and update our thoughts on it.
