Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Another staple, simple meal of ours as newlyweds. Nothing fancy, but quick and easy. -- Stacy

Ingredients:

Frozen veggies
Chicken, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup Skim milk
1 egg

Instructions:

Heat oven to 400°. Mix veggies, chicken, and soup in ungreased pie plate. Stir the rest and pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

This is one of those all-in-one meals--meat, starch, and veggies.
