2 cans of cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 large package of frozen hash browns
2 cups Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Mix the liquids and cheese together well. Stir in frozen hash browns quickly (it freezes the sauce so you have to be fast).
Grease a 9x13 pan and pour in the mixture. Crush up to 2 cups of Ritz crackers and mix together with the melted butter. Top the mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
