This is one of those classic summer time meals that we keep in our book to remind us that it exists. There isn't so much a "recipe" per se, since there are so many ways to make these. -- Stacy
Ingredients:
Chunks of meat
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Pineapple
Onions
Green Peppers
Broccoli
Instructions:
Soak bamboo skewers in water. Put various ingredients on the skewers. Grill.
Notes:
We have various, ethnic kebab recipes that are really good. This is just a pretty simply "recipe."
